Nicola has five years of experience within the business and brings extensive experience across finance, business systems and process improvement. With her previous role as Business Systems Manager and as an MAAT finance professional, she combines a strong understanding of numbers and data with practical knowledge of how the business operates, enabling her to identify opportunities, improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
