Morgan Sindall Use Cygnus Fire Alarm System With Interface Device

The Cygnus CYGIOU interface unit has been successfully incorporated into the Morgan Sindall project at  UCL (University College London).

Morgan Sindall are currently carrying out major refurbishment to the University’s buildings in Northampton Square and UCL requested the temporary alarms be interconnected with the main college fire alarm system.

The team at Bull Products were proud to recommend the Cygnus IOU which is the only site temporary alarm system having this capability.

The IOU has been connected to the 4 loop Advanced Electronics panel and provides a delayed output to the panel when the Cygnus system is activated giving time for security staff to check with site management that it is not a false alarm before evacuating the college buildings.
