First Responders at Copyright Building Project
Main contractor Skanska specified 22 fire first responder stations for their Copyright Building project in Fitzrovia. These mobile stations are located over 10 stories and each station incorporates a Cygnus fire call point and first aid wireless alarm. These site alarms are wirelessly connected to a central Control Panel as well as each other. Once the cabinet is opened it triggers the alarm to sound alerting authorities.
The project is a complete replacement of three existing badly designed buildings with a sophisticated and ecological new office complex, with restaurants and a gallery at street level.
