The Elephant Road project is a mixed use development on a 1.25 acre site adjacent to Elephant and Castle mainline railway station. This development which is Phase 1 of a redvelopment scheme is due for completion Autumn 2016. Incorporated in Phase 1 is over 370 new homes available to rent alongside 237 student units as well as a Sainsbury’s supermarket across three buildings.
